its time for a reboot!
its been a while since I've written here and alot has gone on.My Grammy was sick in the hospital but is out now and doing ok. We go to visit her on Fridays. In the end of July we took our trip to Yosemite, had a blast did alot of hiking and sightseeing. WE have tried to keep up the hiking momentum we built up there by doing our Friday hikes. In August i got tired of my hair cause it was just too hot so i cut it off! Now its September and its time for a reboot!  I thought about joining a gym but after timing yesterdays walk around contra Loma there's no need, its a 2 mile walk that takes about an hour which i can easily do before work.  Ive gotten into a routine: no food past 9/10 pm, in bed by 12/1am...up at 8, walking at contra Loma on weekdays, yoga on Saturdays and the farmers market and regular sparrow walks on Sunday. As far as food i am down to about one meat meal a day, if that, and don't really miss it as there are beans and cashews! god i love my cashew/spinach/kale salads! Today i made Hot and sour soup, it was delicious. I also bought a juicer. Its a bit time consuming to clean, but i think if i prepare all the fruits/veggies and juice them all at once for a weeks worth all on one day then i can just clean it once.
